Terms of Service

Welcome to Bid Whist Forever (“the Service”), operated by Skill Builders Institute Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) at bidwhistforever.com. By creating an account or playing as a guest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Bid Whist Forever is an online multiplayer Bid Whist card game with social features including friends, groups (“Fams”), chat, tournaments, and a virtual-item shop. The Service is currently offered in beta: features may change, be added, or be removed, and occasional downtime or data resets may occur while we improve the game.

2. Your Account

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Choose a username that is respectful — we may rename or remove offensive usernames.
• Guest sessions are temporary and expire automatically; anything associated with a guest session may be lost when it ends.

3. Fair Play

• No cheating: no automation, bots, exploits, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• No collusion or deliberate manipulation of ratings, rewards, or leaderboards.
• We may correct scores, ratings, currencies, or standings affected by bugs or abuse.

4. Community Conduct

The card table is a place of fellowship. Be respectful in chat and everywhere else in the Service. Harassment, hate speech, threats, sexually explicit content, spam, or targeting other players means removal from the table — up to and including permanent account termination. We may review chat content for safety and moderation purposes.

5. Virtual Currency and Items

• Coins, gems, and shop items are virtual — they have no real-world monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the Service.
• We may adjust prices, rewards, exchange rates, and item availability for game balance.
• Virtual currency and items are forfeited when your account is deleted (by you or by us for violations).
• During beta, no real-money purchases are offered.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (like chat messages and profile text), and you grant us a limited license to display and process it as part of operating the Service. Do not submit content you do not have the right to share.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, harm other players, or threaten the integrity of the Service. Sections 5, 8, and 9 survive termination.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skill Builders Institute Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months, whichever is greater.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and the effective date above will be updated. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
