Delete Your Account

You can delete your Bid Whist Forever account yourself, from inside the app or in your browser at app.bidwhistforever.com. It takes about a minute, and it is permanent — we cannot bring an account back once it is gone.

Delete it yourself (fastest)

1. Sign in to the account you want to delete — in the iPhone or Android app, or at app.bidwhistforever.com.
2. Open Settings and choose the Account tab. (The same option is under Profile → Account.)
3. Scroll to the Danger Zone and tap Delete my account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm.

That is it. You are signed out everywhere and the account is removed right away.

Prefer to ask us?

Email info@bidwhistforever.com with the subject line “Delete my account” from the email address on the account, and include your username. We will confirm it is you, delete the account, and reply when it is done — within 30 days, and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

• Your email address, password, and sign-in sessions on every device.
• Your coins, gems, inventory, card backs, badges, and achievements.
• Your friends list, Fam memberships, invitations, and notification settings (including push-notification tokens).
• Your name in past games — it becomes “Departed Player” so the other three seats keep their history.

What we keep, and for how long

• Completed-game records are shared with the other players at the table, so they stay — with your name and account removed from them.
• Server logs and error reports age out on their own on rolling windows; we do not go back and mine them.
• If you only ever played as a guest, there is nothing to delete: guest sessions have no email or password and expire on their own within about a day.
